I really like this shot. It's perchaps the simplest of ideas I've seen around so far. Nice angle and colours of the umbrella (or the lack of 'em

)
It does look like a jellyfish and it's awesome!

The only thing I'd do, is crooping the bottom of the photo. It doesn't mean anything and just drives your attention away from the umbrella.

What a wonderful shot! Great choice of subject matter and technique. I really like how the umbrella appears to be holding the light. The light really appears to be overflowing its boundaries. I also love the transparency of the fabric. Great shot!
